Mercy Ann Kageshi, a talented artist and dedicated Operations Manager. Born on May 25, 2002, in Nairobi, Kenya, Mercy is the eldest of three siblings. Her educational journey includes primary schooling at Kariobangi South (2006-2015), A-levels at Kiseryan Girls Senior Academy (2016-2019), and further studies in cabin crewing and food production, along with a recent course in Graphic Design completed in 2023.

Mercy's dance journey began in 2018 with Sawala Buruburu, where she fell in love with performing. She graced stages such as Kenya National Theatre and Pan Africa Hotel, and collaborated with Bruce Mfalme’s crew, Mfalme Nation, appearing on TV stations like GBS, KBC, and TV47.

In late 2021, Mercy joined Blingers Empire, where she expanded her dance repertoire to include ballet, contemporary, and gymnastics. Her involvement in notable projects like “The One Fund,” “Sunergos Africa,” and “Teardrops 10th Anniversary” showcased her growing skills. In 2023, Mercy stepped into the role of Operations Manager, expertly balancing logistical complexities with her artistic pursuits.

Passionate about sharing her knowledge, Mercy began teaching children in 2022 and contributed as a choreographer for school productions such as “Adventures in Wonderland” and “Miujiza Bethlehemu” at Mirema School. Her role at the Hadithi Dance Workshop Festival further highlighted her commitment to nurturing the next generation of dancers.

Mercy’s journey reflects her belief that dance is not just an art form but a powerful tool for personal growth and self-expression. At Blingers Empire, she remains dedicated to creating a positive and inspiring environment for all dancers, helping them unlock their full potential.
